Disclaimer
Please read this before buying or holding a Cygnora NFT.
1. What you are buying
A Cygnora NFT is a piece of digital artwork recorded on the Solana blockchain. That artwork, and your ownership of it, is the whole of what you receive when you buy one.
You are not buying a share, a security, a debt, a deposit, a fund unit, or any claim on the assets, revenue or future earnings of Cygnora or anyone connected to it. Owning a Cygnora NFT gives you no voting rights, no ownership of any company, and no legal entitlement to any payment.
2. Rewards are a bonus, not part of the price
From time to time, holders of Cygnora NFTs may receive SOL rewards. These rewards are a voluntary bonus offered alongside the artwork. They are not a return on an investment, not interest, not a dividend, and not consideration you have paid for.
The price of an NFT buys the artwork. Anything paid out on top of that is given, not owed. If rewards had never existed, you would still have received everything you purchased.
3. There is no guarantee that rewards will be paid on any given day
Rewards are not daily, not fixed, and not promised. Do not buy a Cygnora NFT on the assumption that a payment will arrive tomorrow, or on any particular day, or at all.
Specifically, and without limitation:
- A day may pass with no reward paid to anyone.
- Many days in a row may pass with no reward paid to anyone.
- The amount, when one is paid, varies and is not announced in advance.
- A past payment creates no obligation to make another.
- The reward mechanism may be reduced, suspended, or ended permanently at any time, without notice and without compensation.
4. What rewards depend on
Rewards are funded by the collection’s reward mechanism and by whatever funding is available to it at the time. That funding is not fixed, not reserved, not held on trust for holders, and not guaranteed to exist. When there is nothing to share, nothing is shared.
Among the things that can reduce a payment to zero, or stop payments entirely: the mechanism not generating a surplus; a surplus too small to distribute; operational, technical or network problems; changes to the marketplaces or blockchain the collection depends on; a decision to pause or end the mechanism; or circumstances nobody anticipated.
5. Holding, listing, and eligibility
Rewards, when paid, are distributed to wallets holding Cygnora NFTs at the moment the distribution is prepared. Eligibility is determined at that moment only.
If your NFT is listed for sale on a marketplace, it usually leaves your wallet and sits in that marketplace’s escrow until the listing is cancelled or the sale completes. While it is there it is not held by your wallet, and it is not counted for rewards. Wallets belonging to the project itself — the wallet that mints the pieces, the wallet that signs for the collection, and known marketplace escrow wallets — are excluded from distributions.
If you buy, sell, transfer or list a piece close to the time a distribution is prepared, you may receive nothing for that day even though you owned the piece for part of it.
6. The figures published on this site are history, not a forecast
The reward calendar records payments that have already been made. Each carries the Solana transaction that settled it so that anyone can verify it independently. It is a record of the past and nothing more.
The reward mechanism was running before this collection existed. Its records begin well before the first piece was minted on 18 September 2026, and the pages that show the mechanism’s own daily figures include that earlier period. Those earlier figures are not payments to holders: there were no holders then, and nobody received anything. They describe what the mechanism set aside under its reward rule. Only the reward calendar records money that actually reached a wallet.
Past payments do not indicate future payments. No figure on this site, including any percentage, total, or average, is a projection, a target, a promise, or a statement about what will happen next.
RONV (Rewards on NFT Value) shown on this site is an arithmetic description of a payment that already happened, measured against the launch price of a piece. It does not account for the market price of the NFT, which may be higher or lower than its launch price, and it is not a rate of return you should expect to repeat.
7. The value of the NFT itself
The market price of a Cygnora NFT can fall, and can fall to nothing. There is no buy-back, no refund, no floor price support, and no guarantee that anyone will want to buy your piece at any price. Whether a resale market exists at all is outside our control.
A royalty is written into the collection, but marketplaces are not technically compelled to honour it, and some do not.
8. Blockchain and technical risks
Transactions on Solana are irreversible. A transfer sent to the wrong address cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Solana addresses carry no checksum, so a single mistyped character can produce a valid address that belongs to nobody.
You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys and recovery phrase. We can never recover them for you, and we will never ask you for them. Anyone who does is attempting to steal from you.
The collection depends on infrastructure operated by others — the Solana network, storage providers, marketplaces and data providers. Any of these may fail, change their terms, or become unavailable, and that may affect the artwork’s display, the collection’s listings, or the reward mechanism.
9. Changes to this collection and this site
The reward mechanism, the way distributions are calculated, the series schedule, and the contents of this site may all change. This disclaimer may be updated at any time, and the version published here is the one that applies.
10. Your own responsibilities
You are responsible for determining whether buying or holding a Cygnora NFT is lawful where you live, and for any tax arising from a purchase, a sale, or a reward you receive. Nothing here is tax advice.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a financial product. Buy a Cygnora NFT because you want the artwork. Do not buy one with money you cannot afford to lose, and do not buy one expecting an income.
